Icons / colourscheme / layout suggestion

Some icons I created which have a more 'drawn' aesthetic to them (a little sketchy but could be refined) and a colourscheme and layout idea. This can be found in the graphics folder for a better view.

Some good websites for pre-made icons are http://www.dafont.com under 'dings' and http://www.istockphoto.com/ under keyword 'silhouettes'.

Shelter Library Live Project

This was a previous live project that ran in 2008.  The brief was to provide an information resource for the humanitarian shelter sector.  Shelter Centre the client for this Live Project are an International NGO based in Geneva. They work to support communities impacted by conflicts and natural disasters by serving collaboration and consensus in the humanitarian shelter sector.

The reports prepared should be in the digital archive but I can't seem to access this so will try and upload when I find them!

Icons

Icons on DEC for the contributing charities I feel are a bit small. I just ignore them to be honest.
Any opinions?

Accessible Graphics Nothing too fancy?

Oxfam use vibrant colour but every thing is fairly simple and underwhelming. The graphics are fun not over the top. Red is used a lot to highlight issue or importance.
Site is aimed at the general public I feel. Use of colour essential over logos or icons for this site.

Just some thoughts
